This range of ecologically friendly hazel products are made using the traditional method. All the hazel is selected by hand and woven into panels using the thickest poles at the bottom graduating to the thinnest at the top giving the product a uniform appearance. In addition to the usual method of construction we also screw the main pieces and insert a metal straining bar through the panel to give it extra durability. These panels are constructed with strength in mind, with small gaps to let the wind penetrate through, and not act like a sail, which makes them ideal for those windy exposed areas.  Hazel being a hardwood will last between 10-20 + years under normal circumstances, so represents excellent value for money.  By using this eco-friendly hazel panel not only will it combine and blend in with its natural surrounding but offers a wonderful environment for wild birds.
